What does it cost after the trial?
Strandly is $29 per stylist per month after a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start. Strandly does not charge a commission on your services; card processing fees apply separately.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Preview a pasted list or CSV before importing contacts. Import dated notes, formulas, and past visits in a separate history step, with duplicates and uncertain matches flagged for review. Add photos separately. Imported past visits do not create bookings or payments.
Can I review a color change before booking it?
Yes. Review the consultation request, choose the client, and send a private quote with the service price, duration, deposit, and cancellation terms. After the client accepts, you arrange the appointment. Acceptance alone does not book or pay for the visit.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. Your booking link opens in their phone browser. They choose services, a stylist, and an available time, then enter their contact details.
How do deposits and reminders work?
Set deposits for services when payments are connected. Clients pay the deposit during booking, and it counts toward their appointment. Booking emails and scheduled reminders help clients keep track of their visit. Text messaging requires separate setup.
Can I use it with a small team?
Yes. Invite your stylists to a shared salon, with their services and working hours. Subscriptions are per stylist, and owners can manage the salon’s settings and team.
