Life happens — I get it! If you need to change your appointment, just let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll find you a new time, no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the booked service — that time was held just for you, and it's usually too late to fill it. Missed appointments without any notice are charged 50% of the service, and I'll ask for a deposit to rebook. Thank you for understanding — it keeps things fair for every client (and keeps your favorite time slots open!).

Before you use the draft

Check that the wording matches what you can actually offer and collect. Decide how clients contact you, how exceptions are handled and which terms apply. Selecting a fee here does not turn on automatic fee collection in Strandly.

How should I choose the notice window?

Consider the time you need to refill the appointment and communicate clearly with clients. The 24- and 48-hour choices are examples, not a universal recommendation.

Can I charge any fee the tool produces?

Do not assume so. Review the draft against your actual booking agreement, applicable rules and payment-provider requirements before using it. The generator does not perform that review.

Where should clients find the final policy?

Make the reviewed terms available before booking and payment, and keep the booking page, confirmation and staff explanation consistent.
