Where Strandly is different
- Fresha is not a free subscription. Three bookable team members cost $44.85/month; three Strandly stylists cost $87, before processing and other fees.
- Strandly’s consultation agreement preserves one visit’s price and duration. Its waitlist requires staff action and does not offer automatic opening matches.
What Strandly does not include
- Waitlist notifications are sent by staff; automatic matching and offers are not included.
- Consultation quotes support a specific visit; general intake forms and signed waivers are not included.
- The full appointment duration is reserved. Booking another client inside processing time and two-way external calendar sync are not supported.
- Tap to Pay, card-reader hardware, payroll, inventory and memberships are not included.
- History import supports notes, formulas and past visits. Photos transfer separately; a complete client-history export is not yet available.

Do existing Fresha clients incur the marketplace fee?
The published marketplace fee is for new clients acquired there. Returning clients and clients using your direct booking links are exempt from that fee; payment fees are separate.
