Test these workflows before moving your book
1. A long color appointment
Try setup, processing and finish time, plus a shared chair or room if you use one. Strandly reserves the full duration; it cannot book a second client inside processing time. Check that your schedule works before switching.
2. A deposit through checkout
Vagaro documents fixed and percentage deposits with Merchant Services and Online Shopping Cart prerequisites. For either product, test payment, a reschedule, a cancellation and the remaining balance using fictional data and a supported test environment. 3. A returning client’s history
Check dates, formulas and notes on a small sample import. Strandly handles photos separately and does not yet offer a complete history export. Keep the original file and check the result before moving your full book.
